London Art provides an art consultancy service to a range of private and corporate
clients. We work with property developers, interior designers, hotels and restaurant
chains, media and production companies and businesses to furnish them with artworks
to suit their particular project.
We represent around 2000 artists from all over the world, working across a variety
of media (painting, workson paper, sculpture, video) and have a database of 35,000
works. To put it in perspective we sell more paintings a year than Jay Jopling.
If we can’t find the right piece for you from our existing collection, we
can commission new work to your specifications.
Last year we furnished the penthouse show apartments for the Ballymore Group in
the Pan Peninsula towers and luxury waterfront flats at Baltimore Wharf in London’s
Docklands. We also hand-picked modern paintings for a luxury a private yacht company,
New Cruise, and for property developers in Dubai.
Our corporate clients (including the Sheraton group, Mars Incorporated and Citywire),
come to us with briefs to decorate their public and private spaces or simply to
cheer up a corridor. We also help production companies who need to decorate sets
or find artists to take part in their shows.
London Art is committed to promoting its artists to collectors and the business
community at home and abroad. in 2007 we organised Climate of Change, a group show
of work inspired by climate change; in 2005 we presented The Art of Love exhibition
at the Oxo Tower gallery; and in
2004 we took a group of artists to Guadalajara in Mexico to represent the UK at
the Centro de Arte Moderno.
